Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-139
'
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth has approved a
further division of Plat 44680, Parcel 8220, the west 300 feet of Lots 13 and
14. Block 3, Wilshire Gardens,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that copies of the Resolution approving said division
'
shall not be filed with the County until such time as the policy on park
dedication and any other pending questions regarding assessments are re-
solved to the Council's satisfaction.
The motion; for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following -voted in favor thereof: Magor
Hi'lde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: Councilman Spaeth
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
