Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
14of the Village Council of the Vil'iage of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
;held on the 2nd day of April, 1973. The following members were
;present: Mayor Hiide. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
..The following members were absent: None

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolu-
i'tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-135
WHEREAS, Wayne R. Jopp, owner, has requested that existing Lots 1 and 2,
;Block 2. Med-O-'ake Acres Second Addition. and vacated Union Terrace Lane lying
:!north of 32nd A-enue North within Med-O-Lake Acres Second Addition be further

;;Subdivided, and

i• WHEREIS, the Village Council has now determined that the subdivision of
;;said lots ard vacated street, all of which contain less than five (5) acres,
would not interfere with the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the
!Village of Plymoith and that a refusal to permit such subdivision would create
!!an unnecessary hardship on such owner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
;VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH as follows:
1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4,'
Mlnnese?^ Statutes, and Chapter VII of the Village Code as related
to the division or consolidation of platted lots is hereby approved
with respect to the following described parcels:
PARCEL 1
The east 112.5 feet of Lot 2, Plock 2, Med-O-Lake Acres
Second Addition, Files of the Registrar of Titles, County
of Hennepin, State of Minnesota.
PARCEL 2
'Lot 2, except the east 112.5 feet, and the east 104 feet
of Lot 1, all in Block 2, Med-O-Lake Acres Second Addi-
tion, Files of the Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin,
State of Minnesota.
PARCEL 3
Lot 1, except the east 104 feet, Block 2, Med-O-Lake Acres
Second Addition, Files of the Registrar of Titles, County
of Hennepin, State of Minnesota.
2. The Village Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of this
Resolution for recording purposes.
jE The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
jduly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken there

'ion, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
,;Seibold and Neils. The following voted against: Councilman
'Spaeth. The following abstained: Councilman Hunt. Whereupon the
!Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Coun-
cil of said Village held on April 2, 1973 with the original thereof on file in
my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
