Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 2nd day of April , 1973. The follow-
ing members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth,
Selbold and Neils The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-134
WHEREAS, Reverend Gerald L. Oas, on behalf of the Greenwood Baptist
Church, has requested a Conditional Use Permit for the establishment of a
day care center within the church facility located at 3120 Dunkirk Lane under
the provisions of the Plymouth Village Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed this re-
quest and has re,..;.rmended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the request of the Greenwood Baptist Church for a
-Conditional Use Permit to establish a day care center within their church
facility located at 3120 Dunkirk Lane be.approved until July 1, 1974, with
said approval not to take effect until the Zoning Ordinance amendments per-
taining to day care centers have been published.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
H_il_d_e,_Councilmen Hunt,_ Spaeth, Seibold and Neils . The
following voted against or abstained: None
Mhereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Coun-
cil of said Village held on April 2 , 1973, with the original thereof on
file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from.
