{ Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 19th day of March, 1973. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold S Neils
The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Reso-
lution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-121
WHEREAS, Plymouth Village has received a commitment for 50 percent
Federal funding and 25 percent State funding for the 1972 East and West
Medicine Lake Land and Water Conservation Fund Park Acquisition Project and
anticipates receiving the 25 percent balance from the State, and
WHEREAS, certain parcels of land to be acquired for park purposes
have been optioned by the Village, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth desires to execute said options at
this time,
�( NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE .
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village Manager,be authorized and directed to
execute the Village's right of option to acquire the following parcels and
to expend such sums as may be required in the acquisition process:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the necessary funds be disbursed from the
i1 General Fund to the Construction Fund (401-401-901-203) with reimbursement
`j to be made to the General Fund when payments are received from the Federal
and State Governments.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting
Mayor _Hunt. _Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared

cil of said Village held on March 19, 1973, with the original thereof on file
in nay office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
