HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-121ii VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH { Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of March, 1973. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold S Neils The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde *k* Councilman Seibold introduced the following Reso- lution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-121 WHEREAS, Plymouth Village has received a commitment for 50 percent Federal funding and 25 percent State funding for the 1972 East and West Medicine Lake Land and Water Conservation Fund Park Acquisition Project and anticipates receiving the 25 percent balance from the State, and WHEREAS, certain parcels of land to be acquired for park purposes have been optioned by the Village, and WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth desires to execute said options at this time, �( NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE .
