Pursuant to due call %nd notice thereof, a regular-J/!1prgld• YV
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
Isota was held on the 19th day of March , 1973. The
following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen
Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following member
were absent: Mayor Hilde

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Res-
jolutior. and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-117
WHEREAS, it is considered mutually desirable to provide a new traffic
contr-1 signal with street lights at the intersection of T.H. No. 55 and County
Road No. 73 (South Shore Drive), and
WHEREAS, the County, Village and State will participate in the cost,
maintenance and operation of said signal with street lights as set forth in
Agreement No. 57355, and
WHEREAS, it is estimated that the Village of Plymouth's share for said
improvement is $13,250.00,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Agreement No. 57355 for installation of traffic con-
trol signals at the intersection of County Road No. 73 and T.H. No. 55 is
approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting
Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold ane Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular -119FVo+VYYY meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held on March '9 1973,
with the original thereof on file in my oMice, and the same is anull, true
and complete transcript therefrom.
