HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-116VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regalar meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of March, 1973. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Bunt, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold b Neils The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Reso- lution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-116 WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 73-41 adopted by the Village Council on January 22, 1973, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of the Fox Meadows Storm Sewer Repair Project No. 232, and this report was received by the Village Council on March 19, 1973, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH as follows: 1. The Village Council will consider the improvement of this storm sewer in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pur- suant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.0.11 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter .398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improve- ment of.$SB,800.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 16th day of April, 1973, in the Council Chambers at the Village Public Words Building, 14900 - 23rd Avenue North, at 7:30 p.m., and the Village Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
