Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of March , 1973. The follow- ing members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Spaeth Seibold & Neils The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde �*t Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolu- tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-115 WHEREAS, Harold Aday, representing the Beth-Ayden Fellowship, has re- quested a Conditional Use Permit under the provisions of the Plymouth Village Zoning Ordinance within a B-1 Limited Business District to sell books and cassette tapes which will be incidental to the family and personal counseling office (The Narrow Way) to be located at 10710 County Road 15, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has rec mmended approval, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Harold Aday for a Conditional Use Permit to sell books and cassette tapes which will be incidental to the family and personal counseling office located at 10710 County Road 15 be approved, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Conditional Use Permit be approved for a period to December 31, 1974 subject to reconsideration upon application for renewal at that time. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following -voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. «** t** ttt STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
