Pursuant to due calland notice thereof, a regular meeting

ii of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was '

'j held on the 19th day of March, 1973. The following members were
'` present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold 6 Neils
The following members were absent: Mayor Hild'e _

#} Councilman Seibold introduced the following Reso-
lution and moved its adoption:
i1 RESOLUTION NO. 73-113
WHEREAS, Martin Bennis, President of Minnesota Exteriors, Inc., has
requested Village approval under the provisions of the Village Zoning Ordi-
nance to establish a business activity consisting of office, display and
storage space, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that this proposed use is of the same
' general character as those uses permitted in the 6-3 Service Business District

WHEREAS,; the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has revtewed said
?� request and has recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE'VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the request for a Conditional Use Permit by Martin
Bennis, President of Minnesota Exteriors, Inc., to establish an office/
display/storage business on Outlot B, Snyder's Pine Ridge Addition be approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being
i taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting
Ma-yor Hunts Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold 5 Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
