Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 19th day of March. 1973. The following members were }
present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde

Councilman Seibold _ introduced the following Reso-
lution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-111
WHEREAS, Lundgren Brothers, Inc., the developer, has requested approval
of the Final Plat and Development Contract and a Conditional Use Permit for a
Residential Subdivision Unit Project under the Village Zoning Ordinance and
Subdivision Regulations, and
WHEREAS, on July 10, 1972, by Resolution No. 72-231, the Preliminary
Plat of "WOODCREEK ADDITION" was approved,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Development Contract (Exhibit A-305), Final Plat
(Exhibit 8-305), and a Conditional Use Permit for a Residential Subdivision
Unit Project for "WOODCREEK ADDITION" be approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Manager be authorized to
execute on behalf of the Village of Plymouth all necessary documents.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting
Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Sraeth. Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
