Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 19th day of March, 1973. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold and Neils
The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Reso-
lution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-110
SETTING VILLAGE ADMINISTRATION COST
FOR ADMINISTERING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTS
WHEREAS, it has been the practice of this Village to charge developers
the cost of Village administration as related to the review, preparation and
administration of Development Contracts between the Village of Plymouth and
developers, and
WHEREAS, in order to establish a fair and equitable system for charging
this administration cost back to the. developer, it has been determined that a
uniform fee schedule should be established and used in the preparation of
Development Contracts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that in the preparation of Development Contracts that
the following fee schedule be used in determining Village administration
cost for engineering, planning, finance, etc. necessary to ensure that De-
velopment Contracts are properly prepared, executed, and the terms and con-
ditions adhered to when a developer elects to engineer, inspect and install
all required public improvements:

Cash Value of Proposed Village Administration
Public Improvements, Cost
$0 to $150,000 4% (Minimum $500)
$150,000 to $300,000 3.5%
Over $300,000 3%
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village administration cost approved
as. part of a Development Contract shall be paid to the Village Treasurer at
j the time the Development Contract is executed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting
Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Cour,-
cil of said Village held on March 19, 1973, with the original thereof on file
in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
