HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-108VILLAGE OF PLYMO_ Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular-1HVddfd1 meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne- sota was held on the 5th day of March , 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils The following member. were absent: Councilman Seibold Councilman Hunt introduced the following Res- olution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-108 WHEREAS, a list of disbursements were presented to the Village Council for approval for the period ending February 23, 1973, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that payment of the list of disbursements for the follow- ing funds is hereby approved: First National Bank of Wayzata General Fund $165,251.92 Water Fund 34,114.04 Sewer Fund 36,757.5f Construction Fund 34,902.49 Total $271,025.97 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor H11de, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular J/JpVdijj meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on March 5 , 1973, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a u 1, true and complete transcript therefrom.
