Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular �/fodfdf(l
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 5th day of March , 1973. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth and Neils The following member:
were absent: Councilman Seibold

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Res-
Jolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-107
WHEREAS, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth
that the streets hereinafter described should be designated as Municipal State
Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
(VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the roads described as follows, to -wit:
1. Dunkirk Lane from County Road 6 to Cou-ty Raid 24,
2. 26th Avenue North from County Road 1S to East Medicine Lake Road,
3. Fernbrook Lane from County Road 6 to County Road 9,
be, and hereby are established, located and designated as Municipal State Aid
Streets of said Village, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of High-
ways of the State.of Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils _, and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
