Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular 4,
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 5th day of March , 1973. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hunt.
Spaeth and Neils The following member
were absent: Councilman Seibold
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Res-
olution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-106
WHEREAS, Roger A. Fazendin, developer of Fazendin Park Third and Fourth
Additions, has completed the majority of the construction covered by the
Development Contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH thit the Developer be required to furnish the Village of
Plymouth a Letter of Credit in she amount of $7,025.00 to cover the bilance
of the work in the Fazendin Park Third and Fourth Additions as outlined in
the Public Works Director's letter of February B. 1973. (The Letter of Credit
No. 118 in the amount of $7,600.00 covers work for Fazendin Park First and
Second Additions also.)
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilda. Councilmen Hunt and Soaeth _ The
following voted against Councilman Neils
lWhereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared

Village Council of said Village held on March 5 1973,
with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a u 1. true
and complete transcript therefrom.
