HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-105k 9MI VILLAGE Of PLYMO mss= Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular Vii iifdl meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne- sota was held on the 5th day of Marfa , 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils The following member Were absent: ibold Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Res - solution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-105 WHEREAS, Roger A. Fazendin, developer of Fazendin Park First and Second Additions, has completed the majority of the construction for which a Letter of Credit has been provided to the Village, and WHEREAS, the Developer has applied for reduction on said Letter of Credit for these projects, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Letter of Credit No. 116 for Fazendin Park First and Second Additions is hereby reduced from $8,500.00 to $575.00: the new Letter of Credit covers the work outlined in the Public Works Director's letter of February 8, 1973. (The Letter of Credit furnished is No. 118 in the amount of $7,600.00 and includes work for Fazendin Park Third and Fourth Additions.) The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth The following voted against W ANAWAAA:• Councilman Neils Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular MOH101 meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on March 5 . 1973, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a u 1, true and complete transcript therefrom.
