Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
Isota was held on the 5th day of
March , 1973. The
jfollowing members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth and Neils The following member
were absent: Councilman Seibold
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Res-
Jolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-100
WHEREAS, Gary Freund, President of Northern Holding and Development Company
has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit for the operation of the
Village Sports, Incorporated within the building to be constructed at 11120 West
Highway 55, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said re-
quest and has recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a Conditional Use Permit for Village Sports, Incor-
porated to operate a retail center for snowmobiles and motor bikes and a ser-
vice department within the building to be constructed at 11120 West Highway 55
within a B-3 Service Business District zone be and is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that 1 have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular Modiffil meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held on March 5 , 1973,
with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is 575-11, true
and complete transcript therefrom.
