Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ,�/s�p►ddi�afl
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
Isota was held on the 5th day of
March , 1973. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth and Neils The following members
were absent: Councilman Seibold

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Res-
jolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-97
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Council has approved the vacation of a
portion of Union Terrace Lane, and
WHEREAS, at this time the final plat for the proposed Woodcreek sub-
division to the north of said proposed vacation has not been given final
approval or been filed with the County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the resolution approving the vacation of Union
Terrace Lane north of 32nd Avenue not be filed with the County until such
time as a final plat for the property lying north of said vacation is filed
with the County and until executed deeds are filed granting to the Village
utility easements over and under the north 10 feet of the west 15 feet of
the area to be vacated.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
H11de, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils The
following voted against or abstained:. None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular j1j0ylyj4j meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held on March 5 , 1973,
with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a u 1, true
and complete transcript therefrom.
