VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting 7; of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of March, 1913. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Reso- lution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-96 WHEREAS, Wayne R. Jopp and Margaret B. Jopp, owners of the fee title to property over which the Village obtained an easement for street purposes on December 15, 1965, have requested the vacation of Union Terrace Lane lying north of 32nd Avenue North, and WHEREAS, all interested property owners and utility companies have been notified of the proposed vacation and the utility companies have indicated they do not need the right of way except for a ten foot easement across the north end of the area proposed for vacation, and WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to taw, a public hearing was held by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth at its. regular meeting on March S. 1973 to consider the vacation of said street, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE PILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a portion on Union Terrace Lane as described below is hereby vacated: i That part of Union Terrace and 32nd Avenue North lying within Med-O-Lake Acres Second Addition, lying northerly of a line described as follows: Beginning at the south- east corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Med-O-Lake Acres Second Addition, thence West along the south line of said Lot 1 a distance of 93.05 feet (bearing assumed from said record plat); thence south 81 degrees, 22 minutes, 30 seconds �i west along said south line of Lot 1 and the westerly ex- tension thereof 67.59 feet; thence to the southeast corner of Lot 9, Block 1, Med-O-Lake Acres First Addition and said line there terminating. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was 'duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hi1de, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils The (following voted against or abstained: None S;Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ...E E STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS.
