Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a VdI+lM U special
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 26th day of February , 1973. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth
and Neils The following member
were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Seibold

Councilman Neils introduced the following Res-
lolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-94
WHEREAS, the Council did on April 17, 1972, adopt RESOLUTION NO. 72-133
which approved a subdivision variance, and
WHEREAS, it was necessary that the Village grant a deed for the use of
their present access, and the Village did do so, and
WHEREAS, no resolution of authorization for the Mayor and Manager to
convey such deed was adopted at such time,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized to
execute such deed and their acts in signing such instruments are hereby
ratified and confirmed.
_11 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a f!a$1if/i special meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held on February 26 , 1973,
with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, Mx hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 28th day of February 1, 1973.
