Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting

held on the 26th day of February, 1973. The following members
i were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth and Neils. The
following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Seibold.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and

!; moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-91
f WHEREAS, the Village Council has approved the plans and expenditures
II for certain park improvements as recommended in the Village Manager's report
t dated February 23, 1973,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the sums for the following park improvements be and
the same are hereby appropriated from the 1973 Park Department Budget (101-
123-901):

' 1. Egan Park .. . . . . . $1,000.00
2. Timber Shores Park . . . . 1,275.00
3. East S West Medicine Lake
Park - buoys . 2,200.00
Total $4,475.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriations from this fund shall be
reviewed at a subsequent date after the Council has adopted a policy concern -
Ing the use of park dedication fund monies.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken
I thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coun-
I cilmen Spaeth and Neils. The following voted against, or abstain-
ed: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and
