Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 26th day of February, 1973. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth and Neils. The
following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Seibold.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
j moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 73-90
WHEREAS, the Village Council has approved the plans and expenditures
for certain park improvements as recommended in the Village Manager's report
dated February 23, 1973,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that tyle sums for the following park improvements be and
the same are hereby appropriated from the 1973 Park Department Budget (101-
123-901):
1. Green Oaks Park . . . . $3,750.00
2. Circle Park . . . 2,500.00
3. Queensland Park . . . . 4.250.00
4. Meadowlawn Park . . . . 3,750.00
Total $14.250.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coun-
cilmen Spaeth and Neils. The .following voted against or abstain-
ed: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted,

the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Coun-
cil of said Village held on February 26, 1973, with the original thereof on
file in my office, and the 'same `is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from.
