{Y Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 26th day of February, 1973. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth and Neils. The
following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Seibold.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-89
WHEREAS, the Village Council has received a report dated February 23,
1973 from the Village Manager concerning 1973 proposed park improvements,
and
WHEREAS, said report lists improvements recommended by the Park and
Recreation Advisory Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE.,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that this Council approves in concept the following park
improvements subject to further detailed information being wade available:
1. East 6 West Medicine Lake Park
2. Trails
3. Oakwood School - lights
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken
thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coun-
cilmen Spaeth and Neils. The following voted against or abstain-
ed: None. Whereupon the'Resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Coun-
cil of said Village held on February 26, 1973. with the original thereof on
file in my office, and the some is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from.
WITNESS, fly hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 28th day of February, 1973.
