}� Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was

IJ held.on the 26th day of February, 1973. The following members
#t were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth and Neils. The

{ following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Seibold.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 73-28
WHEREAS, the Village Council has received a report dated February 23,
1973 from the Village Manager concerning 1973 proposed park improvements,
i and
i WHEREAS, said report lists improvements recommended by the Park and
Recreation Advisory Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
lj VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following park improvements be approved:
1. Green Oaks Park. ..33,750.00
Circle Park . . . . 2,500.00
3. Queensland Park . . . . . 4,250.00
4. Eicadowlawn•Park . . . + . . . 3,750.00
II 5. Egan Park 1,000.00
t' 6. Timber Shores Park.1,275.00
j 7. East 8 West Medicine Lake Park buoys 2,200.00
Total $18,725.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was

�l duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coun-
cilmen Spaeth and Neils. The following voted against or abstain-
ed: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and
iadopted.
