The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, i Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following member; were absent: None fff • k'R Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Res- olution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-85 WHEREAS, Wallace A. Turner has granted to the public the right to ice skate on his property, and WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth finds that a public skating area on Plat 43715, Parcel 2426 is of public benefit, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village of Plymouth accepts the ice skating ease- ment over the South 268 feet of the West 231 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 except roads and agrees to hold harmless Wallace A. Turner from any and all liability for claims by anyone for any damages either to persons or property arising by reason of the public use of said property for ice skating purposes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following voted against or abstained: None hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a i7j&� i special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on Februar 20 , 1973, with the original thereof on file in my -office, and the same is a u 1, true and complete transcript therefrom.
