Pursuant to due -call and notice thereof, a hFi0if►F/{ special
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 20th day of February , 1973. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt,
SRaeth. Seihnld and Nailc The following member;
were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Res-
jolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-81
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of sanitary sewer,
water, drainage structures, curb, gutter and street construction
on Xenium Lane between County Road 6 and the Chicago -Northwestern
tracks and on 15th Avenue between Xenium Lane and the Chicago -
Northwestern tracks, filed with the Council on February 19, 1973,
is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of
owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in
confirmity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to the consulting engineer and he
is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way'as to whether the pro-
posed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be
made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth. Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: "lone
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared

and complete transcript therefrom.
