VILLAGE OFPLYMOU
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof; a rif{lTAff/if special
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plyeouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 20th day of February , 1973. The
(following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth. Seibold and Neils The following member!
were absent: None
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Res-
olution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-80
WHEREAS. William D. Shaw, developer of Med-O-Lake Acres Second Addition
has com,ileted the street construction for which a bond was provided to the
Village, and
WHEREAS, the developer has applied for bond reduction to this project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COIKIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the bond for street construction of Sare Lite
North of 32nd Avenue North within the Mad -O -Lake Acres Second Addition be
reduced from $3,800.00 to $800.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being
taken thereon. the following voted in favor .hereof: Nalror
Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted:
