VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
;;11of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
jlheld on the 20th day of February, 1973. The following members
{were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and
1' Neils The following members were absent: None

! Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolu-
jtion and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 73-79
I WHEREAS, Ban Con, Inc., Developer of Chelsea Woods 1st, 2nd and 3rd
I! Additions, has completed the majority of the construction for which bonds
were provided to the Village, and.
WHEREAS, the Developer has applied for bond reduction on these projects.
i- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
ii VILLAGE"OF PkYMOUTM that bond reductions are hereby approved for improvements
�jwithin the Chelsea Woods 1st. 2nd and 3rd Additions as follows:

!i Chelsea Woods 2nd Addition 18,900.00 2,800.00
Chelsea Woods 3rd Addition 13,900.00 3,500.00
!Bonds retained are to cover costs of remaining improvements as listed in
EEngineering Memo No. 73-39, dated January 24, 1973.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
#duly seconded by Councilman Spaethand upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The
following abstained: Councilman Hubt
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
