i Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
lof the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was

!held on the 20th day of February, 1973. The following members
jwere present:. Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and
?Neils. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
!moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-76
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF
APPLICATION FOR A GRANT UNDER THE
WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT
WHEREAS, under the terms of the Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C.
446 et seq.) the United States of America has authorized the making of Grants
to authorized applicants to aid in the construction of specific public proj-
ects,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH as follows;.
1. That James G: Willis be, and hereby is, authorized to execute and
file an application and to sign all federal documents connected
with the project on behalf of the Village of Plymouth with the
U. S. Department of Interior, Federal Water Pollution Control Ad-
ministration, for a grant to aid in the construction of a sewage
treatment plant, sanitary sewer and appurtenances.
2. That Sandra L. Haugen, Village Clerk, be, and is hereby authorized
and directed to furnish such information as the U. S. Department
of Interior may reasonably request in connection with the appli-
cation which is herein authorized to be filed, and sign all
necessary documents.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following votdd in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde.
Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted
against or atstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was de-
clared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Hennepin County, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I
sihave carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes
of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on the 20th
day of February, 1973 with the original thereof on file in my office, and
the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom, insofar as the
same relates to the initiating of an application for Federal Aid by said
�} Village Council.
