HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-070VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was ;!held on the 20th day of February, 1973. The following membr•.rs #;were present: Mayor Hi-lde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following members were absent: None f� Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolu- tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-70 WHEREAS, the Plymouth Baptist Church has requested certain consolida- tions and divisions of existing Plat 44550, Parcels 2030 and 2045, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has recommended approval of said request, and WHEREAS, the 'Village Council has now determined that the subdivision and consolidation of said parcels, both of which would contain less than five (5) acres, would not interfere with the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Plymouth and that a refusal to permit such subdivision would create an unnecessary hardship on such owner, NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE V-ILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: 1. Compliance with thy+ provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivisi:,fl 4, Minnesota Statutes, and Section 9.02 of Chapter VII of the Village Code relating to conveyances by metes and bounds of parcels of land containing an area of less than five (5) acres is hereby waived with respect to the fol'owing described parcels: PARCEL A Existing Plat 44500, Parcels 2030 and 2045 except for Parcel 8 described below. PARCEL 8 That part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey #466 bounded on the Northwest by the Southeast line of Tract A, Registered Land Survey #1240, on the East and South by Tract A. Registered Land Survey #466 and on the Southwest by the Southeasterly projection of the Southwesterly boundary of Teact A, Registered Land Survey #1240 2.
