HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-065�VILLAGE OF PLYMO Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular 141s(Vefd1V lY' meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne- sota was held on the 5th day of February , 1973. The ' following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Neils The following member were absent: Councilman Spaeth Councilman Hunt introduced the following Res- olution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-65 WHEREAS, a list of disbursements from various funds were presented to the Village Council for approval, ` NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE / VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following disbursements are hereby approved for the period ending January 29. 1973: First National Bark of Wayzata General Fund $799,633.78 Construction Fund 23,983.92 Water Fund 11.489.52 Sewer Fund 6.563.69 First National Bank of Minneapolis Special Assessment Fund 2,978.51 Grand Totals all Funds $844,649.42 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being '. taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Seibold and Neils The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular 1/dL idl meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on February 55 , 1973, with the original thereof on file in my o ice, and the same is a KUM, true and complete transcript therefrom.
