Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 5th day of February, 1973. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The
following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-61
WHEREAS, the Radio Cab Company has requested a Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity for the purposes of operating eight taxicabs in
accordance with Chapter III, Section 8 of the Village Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity
is hereby granted to the Radio Cab Company for 1973 for the operation of
eight taxicabs, and FURTHER that the following taxicab licenses are hereby
approved:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coun.
cilmen Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or
abstained: None.
