Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minna-
sate was held on the Sth day of February , 1973. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt.
Seibold and Neils The following member
were absent: Councilman Spaeth
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Res-
olution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-55
WHEREAS. the Village of Plymouth, as Owner, and C. S. McCrossan, Inc., as
Contractor, entered into an Agreement to construct immrovewnts for the East
Medicine Lake Boulevard Street Improvement Project No. 004, said Agreement
dated 1by 10, 1971. and
WHEREAS, the. Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his
approval of the Final Request for Payment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. Work performed by the contractors for Project No. 001 and cartified
to this Council by the Engineer as acceptable, be and, the sage here-,
by is accepted as of February S. 1973. The contractor is hereby
released from the contract except as to the conditions of tht Per-
t mace Bond, my and all legal rights of the Owner, required guar-
antess, and Correction of Faulty Work after Final Payment.
2. Request for Payment No. 6 and Final is hereby approved and the
Village Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same
forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils . and upon vote being
taken thereon, the followtng voted in favor thereof: ,mor
Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained:' None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
