Kreatz Lake storm sewer project, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a portion of said parcel lies
below the high-water level of Krantz Lake,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE': OF PLYMOUTH that the assessment lavied against, Plat 43729, Parcel
4565, by Levy No. 5604, be and the same is hereby reduced to $23.95.
The, motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being
taken thereon,- the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
H.ilde, Councilmen Hunts Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
