j; Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
I
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the 5th day of February, 1973. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Neils
il The following members were absent:_ Councilman Spaeth
Councilman Neils introduced the following Res-
olution and moved its adoption:

j RESOLUTION NO. 73-51
WHEREAS, Mark J. Eckes, 12235 B Highway 55, has requested that two
existing parcels (Lot 2, Block 5 and a portion of Lot 1, Block 5 of Beacon
Heights First Addition) be rearranged by relocating the property line be-
tween said parcels, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that the rearrangement
j of said parcels would not interfere with the purposes of the Subdivision
Regulations of the Village of Plymouth and that a refusal to permit such
a subdivision would create an unnecessary hardship on such owner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the rearrangement of lots (Lot 2, Block 5 and a
!, portion of Lot 1, Block 5 of Bee -an Heights First Addition) as shown on
til Exhibit B-452 be approved and that the Subdivision Regulations of the Village
of Plymouth are hereby waived with respect to the following described parcels
PARCEL A
That part of Lot 1 lying Southeasterly of a line running from
a point in the Northeasterly line of said Lot 1 distant 5,50
feet Southeasterly from the Northeasterly corner thereof to
a point in the Southwesterly line of said Lot 1 distant 175.00
feet Southeasterly from the Northwest corner thereof; also
That part of Lot 2 lying Northwesterly of a line distant 115
feet Northwesterly of, measured at right angles to, and par-
allel with the Southeasterly line of said Lot 2.
All in Block 5, Beacon Heights First Addition according to the
recorded plat thereof.
PARCEL B
That part of Lot 2, Block 5, Beacon Heights First Addition
lying Southeasterly of a line distant 115 feet Northwesterly
of and parallel with the Southeasterly line of said Lot 2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk is directed to prepare a
certified copy of this Resolution for recording purposes.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
H duly seconded by councilman Hunt and upon vote being
taken thereon, the f:lllowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor

Hilde, Councilmen Ku -1t, Seibold and Neils The
!'following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Coun-
cil of said Village held on February 5, 1973 with the original thereof on file
in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
