Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular /hIpf+dildV
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 5th day of February , 1973. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Seibold and Neils The following member;
were absent: Councilman Spaeth

RESOLUTION NO. 73-49
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth has approved a
Subdivision Variance for Parcels A and B located West of Hemlock Lane on both
sides of County Road 10 in Section 2 within the Village of Plymouth, requested
by Ronald L. Libby,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that copies of the Resolution approving said Subdivision
Variance not be filed with the County until the following conditions are met:
1. That 27 feet of additional right of way on the North and South sides
of County Road 10 be dedicated to the Village,
2. That the four unoccupied cabins on the parcel South of County Road
10 be removed,
3. That the Building Department be instructed to ensure that only one
dwelling unit (single family) be located on the property if and
when a new dwelling is constructed on Parcel B.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils . and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Neils The

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
