Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
held on the Sth,.day of February, 1973. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde., Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The
following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-47
WHEREAS, Lake Street Industries has requested Site Plan approval with
parking variances and a Conditional Use Permit under the provisions of the
Plymouth Village Zoning Ordinance. and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said
request and has recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Site Plan attached hereto as Exhibit A (revised
2-5-73) with parking variance and Conditional Use Permit be approved subject
to the following conditions:
1. That the South loading area be constructed as noted on Exhibit A,
2. That one fire hydrant which,.meets with the approval of the Village
Fire Chief be located at th; Northwest corner of the building,
3. That an adequate performance bond be filed with the Building De-
partment to ensure the installation of the landscaping and drainage
as shown on approved plans,
4. That a parking variance of 37 spaces be granted,
5. That the building be permitted to locate within 18 feet of the
East property line,
6. That 20 additional feet of utility and drainage easements be
granted to the Village along Xenium Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coun-
cilmen Hunt. Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or
abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
