I Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of

'1 the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was

held on the 5th day of February, 1973. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The
'following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth.
j Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and

ijmoved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-46

WHEREAS, Litton Industries and BelMar Builders have requested Site Plan
approval under the provisions of Section 17, Subdivision 3 of the Village
Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed said
request and has recommended approval of same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Site Plan attached hereto as Exhibit A be approv-
ed subject to the following conditions:
1. Two additional fire hydrants be installed at the locations shown
as future fire hydrants on the proposed Site Plan (Exhibit A),
2. That a detailed drainage plan for the site be approved by the
Village Engineer prior to the issuance of a Building Permit,
3. That a landscaping and drainage bond be posted with the Village
Building Department to ensure that the drainage and landscaping
is constructed according to approved plans.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coun-
cilmen Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or
abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.

I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Coun-
cil of said Village held on February 5, 1973 with the original thereof on file
in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.

Village this 7th day of February, 1973.
