Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a JIAAAaAJI/f specia
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 29th day of January , 1973. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following member;
,were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Res -
solution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-45
WHEREAS, the Village Council had authorized the preparation of a
Preliminary Report for sanitary sewer and water to serve the Shorewood Acres
Addition area in the vicinity of Schmidt Lake,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the report on Schmidt Lake sanitary sewer and water
main improvements prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates,
Inc. dated January 4, 1973 be and the same is hereby accepted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor the-eof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen_ Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
