HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-038t �ti{} j# VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH { Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of sr lithe Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hel, on the 22nd day of January, 1973. The following members were i ;,present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The lfollowing-members were absent: Councilman Neils. i Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved pits adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-38 POLICY ON STAFF ASSISTANCE TO DEVELOPERS I WHEREAS, the available time of Village administrative staff to perform Gtasks assigned to it is limited, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAG OF PLYMOUTH that the Village administrative staff is directed to devote only a limited amount of time in assisting developers and petitioners in formulating proposals, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village administrative staff should gen- erally be guided by the following in providing assistance to petitioners: 1. Briefly explain the Village Ordinance or regulations involved and provide the petitioner with necessary forms and procedure - 2. 80tefly explain and provide copies (at cost) of the following items which might have a bearing on the petitioner's propasal: a. Maps of existing conditions (aerial photographs, topographical maps, streets, utilities, property line half sections, etc.) b. Maps and reports of proposed streets, utilities, land use, capital improvement programs, etc. 3. Review proposals when submitted with all required information and hold a conference with the petitioner, if required, prior to the preparation of a staff report for submittal to the ap- propriate committee, commission or Council. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was July seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coun- :ilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold.
