Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
;tithe Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held,
.,on the 22nd day of January, 1973. The following members were
I
:present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The
,,following members were absent: Councilman Neils.
iF Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
;its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-36
WHEREAS, the revocation of County -State Aid Highways No. 5 and 82 resulted
On the County -State Aid roadway mileage within Hennepin County being below the
!allotted amount, and
WHEREAS, a portion of the designation of County -State Highway No. 61, as
proposed herein, would overlay a portion of the existing designation of County-
IState Aid Highway No. 154, and
I WHEREAS, upon adoption of this Resolution and concurrence by the munici
Ipalities of Maple Grove and Plymouth the County -State Aid mileage within
!Hennepin County will be in accordance with the allotted mileage,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS BE TAKEN:
1. The County of Hennepin designate the following portion of roads as
County -State Aid Highway No. 61, beginning at the intersection of
existing County -State Aid Highway No. 61 and Trunk Highway No. 55
in a northeasterly direction to a point on County -State Aid Highway
No. 154 (approximately 33rd Avenue North); thence northerly along
said route to County -State Aid Highway No. 9; thence northerly on
West Medicine Lake -Drive (Municipal State Aid Route No. 157) to 47th
Avenue North; thence northerly to approximately 55th Avenue North;
thence northeasterly to the intersection with County Road No. 47 and
County -State Aid Highway No. 10; thence northeasterly and northerly
along Municipal -State Aid Route No. 101 (Hemlock Lane) to the inter-
section with County -State Aid Highway No. 130 (77th Avenue North) and
there terminating.
�1 2. The County of Hennepin revoke the following portion of County -State
;t Aid Highway 154 because of the re -designation as County -State Aid
Highway No. 61 as recommended herein: beginning at the point where
'-' County -State Aid Highway No. 61 intersects County -State Aid Highway
j No. 154 (approximately 33rd Avenue North); thence northerly along
!1 County -State Aid Highway No. 154 to County -State Aid Highway No. 9
and there terminating.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
ly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken
':thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coun-

jO lmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The following voted against or
�abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly

passed and adopted.
