'the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
j1held on the 22nd day of January, 1973. The following members were
1$resent: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The
!(following members were absent: Councilman Neils.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
ved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-33
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer of the Village of Plymouth may deem it
necessary to request technical assistance from the Minnesota Highway Depart-
ment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that pursuant to statutory authority, the Plymouth Muni-
cipal Engineer for and on behalf of the Municipality of Plymouth is hereby,
authorized to request and obtain from the State of Minnesota, Department of_,'.
Highways, needed engineering and technical services during the year 1973
for which payment will be made by the municipality ppon receipt of verified
claims from the Commissioner of Highways:
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coun-
cilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The following voted against or
abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village -of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Counci
of said Village held on January 22, 1973, with the original thereof on file in
my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS. My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
