Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular JWtkffdl
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 22nd day of January , 1973. The
following members were present:Mayor Hitde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth and Seibold The following member
were absent: Councilman Neils

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Res-
Jolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-32
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5 has been prepared by Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderllk and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 5 in the amount of $3,166.18 on Vicksburg Lane Street Im-
provement Project No. 107.to Alexander Construction Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
