Pursua,it to due call and notice thereof, a regular
(meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on 0-e _ 27rd day of January , 1973. The
following members -were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt.
Spaeth and Seibold The following member;
were absent: Councilman Neils

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Res-
olution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-31
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4 has been prepared by Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 4 in the amount of $15,533.10 on Playhouse Sewer and Water
Projects No. 116-001 and 222 to Beatson and Kelly Contractors.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Huht, Spaeth and Seibold The
following voted against or abstained:' None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
