sota was held o;4 the 22nd day of January 1973. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt.
Spaeth and Seibold The following member
were absent: Councilman Neils
Councilman Hunt introduced the following ,Res-
olution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-23 (A)
WHEREAS, Roger A. Fazendin has requested approval of Develop-
ment -Contract Addendum No. 2 and Final Plat for Fazendin Park
Fourth Addition, and
WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has reviewed said
Final Plat on May 17, 1972 and recommended approval,
NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Development.Contract Addendum
No. 2 (Exhibit A -220) -and Final Plat (Exhibit 8-220) for 'Fazendin
Park Fourth Addtt;ion be approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Naynr
Hilde. Csuo.Gjlmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.'
