WHEREAS, Roger A. Fazendin.has requested approval of Development Contract
Addendum No 2 and Final Plats for Fazendin Park 3rd and 4th Additions, and
WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has reviewed ,said Final Plot on
May 17, 1972 and recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVER BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH that the Development Contract Addendum No. 2 (Exhibit A-220) and
Final Plat (Exhibit B-220) for Tendin Park 3rd and 4th Additions be approved. ,

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:_ Mayor
Hiide.-Councilmen Hunt. Spaeth and Seibold - The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular j1$$Ogto)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held un the 22nd day of January , 1973. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth and Seibold The following member
were absent: Councilman Neils
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Res-
olution and moved its adoption:
