Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
;;moved its adoption:

't RESOLUTION NO. 73-22
WHEREAS, David A. Cole, on behalf of Car Bor Nel Properties, has requested
.,a consolidation of existing platted parcels within the Village of Plymouth into
',Ione parcel,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE V
OF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the Vill
;Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
;upan Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
