Councilman Hunt introduced the following Res-
olution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-21
WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth has been requested by Wayne R. Jopp,
ner of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Med-O-Lake Acres Second Addition, to vacate
ion Terrace Lane lying North of 32nd Avenue,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
PLYMOUTH that a public hearing be held on Monday, March 5, 1973 at 7:30 p.m.
the Public Works Building, 14900 - 23rd Avenue North to receive comments from
e public concerning this proposed street vacation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Seibold The
following voted against or abstained:' Councilman Spaeth
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
