HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-021of Councilman Hunt introduced the following Res- olution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-21 WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth has been requested by Wayne R. Jopp, ner of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Med-O-Lake Acres Second Addition, to vacate ion Terrace Lane lying North of 32nd Avenue, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE PLYMOUTH that a public hearing be held on Monday, March 5, 1973 at 7:30 p.m. the Public Works Building, 14900 - 23rd Avenue North to receive comments from e public concerning this proposed street vacation. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Seibold The following voted against or abstained:' Councilman Spaeth Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village, of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular HAWM meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on JanuarX 42 1973, with the original thereof on file in my Mice, and the same is a u 1, true and complete transcript therefrom.
