VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
"the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
iion the 22nd day of January. 1973. The following members were
��present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Seibold. The
;;following members were absent: Councilman Neils.

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
!,moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 73-19
WHEREAS, the Village staff and representatives of Minnetonka Estates,
iiInc. have discussed certain problems relating to the Meadowood plat and develop-
,iment contract A-118, and
WHEREAS, in an effort to resolve certain of these problems, Minnetonka
=!Estates, Inc. has agreed to pay to the Village of Plymouth the sum of $2,500.00
;:for the Village to correct certain of these problems, and
WHEREAS, representatives of Minnetonka Estates, Inc. have requested that
their boulevard improvement bond in the amount of $14,290.00 be reduced by
$10,000.00,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village of Plymouth accepts from Minnetonka
Estates, Inc. the sum of $2,500.00 to be used to correct certain problems
within said development, and
FURTHER, that the bond held by the Village of Plymouth for boulevard
improvements be reduced from $14,290.00 to $4,290.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken there
on, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilder Councilmen
Spaeth and Seibold. The following voted against: Councilman Hunt.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
'Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council
of said Village held on January 22, 1973 with the original thereof on file in
«<!'mly office. and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
