meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, M'inne-
sota was held on the 8th day ofd'" January 1973. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth. Seibold and Neils The following member
were absent: None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Res-
olution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-17
WHEREAS, a list of disbursements for the period ending December 21, 1972
was presented to the Council for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH that payment of the list of disbursements for the following funds is
approved:
First National Bank of Wayzata
General Fund $157,917.88
Construction Fund 320,619.30
Water Fund 8,844.12
Sewer, fund 1,978.83
First National Bank, of Minneapolis
Special Assessment Fund 3,006,21
subject to thereduction in the amount of payment on Vouchers #526 and #628 of
the Construction Fund to the extent that payment is authorized only up to the
point of the revised Contract amount.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilder Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared

and complete transcript therefrom,
