meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne
sota was field on the Sth day of January 1973. The,
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth, SeiboldandNeils The following member
were absent: None

Councilman Hunt introduced the following, Res-
olution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-16
WHEREAS, all construction on the Kreatz Lake Sewer and Water Project No.
131 (including Sunny Acres Third) has been completed, and
WHEREAS, Request for Payment 15 and Final has been prepared by Bonestroo,
Rosen, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and the final payment is recommended by
the staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment
IS and Final on Kreatz Lake Sewer and Water Project No. 131 (including Sunny
Acres Third) in the amount of $7,816.90 to Austin P. Keller Construction Company
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing, Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilae -Councilmen Hunt. Sogeth. Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained. None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
