Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 8th day of January 1973. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following member
were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Res-
olution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-14
WHEREAS, the Village has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Suburban Rate Authority,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH that Sherman Goldberg is hereby designated as a Director of the
Suburban Rate Authority and Lloy4 Ricker is hereby designated to serve as alter-
nate Director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the year 1973 and until a
successor is appointed.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
